Real Estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Widowed when I was 4 months old, my 29-year-old mother (following in her late father's footsteps) began selling real estate. For me, this meant spending my childhood going with her to real estate offices, going on showings, and helping to stamp envelopes and pass out flyers. By the time I was 10, she was a broker who had opened the first of 3 offices of her own with my two older sisters among her agents. In 1986, I also followed in the family's footsteps. I was licensed at 19 years old and began working at Century 21 Livable Homes in the Southbelt Area of Houston. Real Estate is home for me...not just because it's in my DNA, but because it allows me to follow my dream of helping others achieve theirs and live their best life.

A little about me!

I am a lifelong resident of the Houston-Galveston Bay Area, grew up in Clear Lake City, and graduated in 1974 from Clear Lake High. I have lived in Santa Fe since 1983. I always had an interest in Real Estate and construction, and after many endeavors from self-employment, to retail management, to custom home building, to office manager at a Septic Company for 10 years, I became a REALTOR® in 2015. My vast experience comes in handy in the many facets of Real Estate. Since becoming a REALTOR® I have made it a priority to continue my education by attending extra classes and have achieved additional distinctions. In 1996 I married my husband and traveled to Houston, Texas from Montenegro, the former Yugoslavia to reside from thereon in the United States. We had three beautiful children and I was blessed with the opportunity to be stay at home mom . My husband is a unique and venturous person who has always been thinking of new opportunities to acquire income, so in 2007 we together decided to invest in real estate and build homes. During the construction of our houses the market crashed and it became difficult to sell them at that time so instead we leased our homes to people looking to rent until it became stable again. In 2010 I received a certification in home inspection but I decided that wasn't what I wanted for myself and it turned my focus instead to real estate.

With the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years, I decided to become a real estate agent and do what I like to do, which is helping people find a home that they're going to enjoy with their family or sell their home so they can start a new life elsewhere.
