I am Zoraida Calcaben, commonly referred to as Zory, originally from Miami, Florida. In 1989, my family relocated to Texas, a significant milestone that shaped my career path. I am married to Jess, and we reside in Katy, Texas. Our family includes a daughter, who has recently expanded our joy with a grandchild. Professionally, I have dedicated over two decades to working with builders in the Houston area, amassing extensive experience in the real estate sector. My role in the construction process and assisting families in achieving home ownership has been immensely fulfilling, allowing me to witness the growth of family wealth and stability. Transitioning from working with builders, I embraced the role of a realtor, driven by a passion for guiding families in finding and purchasing their ideal homes. My commitment is to deliver outstanding customer service and knowledgeable advice, ensuring clients are well-informed throughout their home purchasing journey. In an exciting development, my daughter, Audrey, has also pursued a career in real estate, making it a familial vocation. I invite those seeking real estate guidance, whether it be purchasing a first home or downsizing, to contact me. I am dedicated to helping you realize your real estate aspirations and achieve the dream of home ownership.
